I booked my request for ac repair on 29th september via order id[protected].
The service provider visisted me and said that the problem is that there is no gas and that i should get my gas refilled. He quoted rs 2950 as total price.. I paid the full amount and they filled in the gas. The ac again stopped working after 2 hours. The second time the servicer visited me he said that the coiling is the problem.
I would have only paid rs 250 visit charge and not got any further repairs on my ac.
Now housejoy is not refunding my amount. They can keep rs 250 of visit charge but i need refund of my rest of my money Was this information helpful? |
