Hello,

The laptop was taken for fixing as they did not do earlier, but surprising they confirmed it is done now. But to my surprise it is still the same and seems he has sent it as it was earlier. He was talking the blu ray is fine but it dosen't work. His technical expert is incompetent. Moreover he asks me to talk to dell customer support and get it fixed. I thing it was his job for which i paid him. It also looks like he has taken my original display and replaced with second hand which has many patches. I am surprised with this experience as i have never faced such issues with housejoy. I want to get by money back as i know he will not able to fix it. Please get it asap.

Hello, I have not heared from you. Please get laptop fixed or if vendor is incapable then refund my amount of 5999/-

The person who has the store is out of India and the laptop will be picked after 15th August. Unfortunately i am not confident that they will fix it, asking to refund my money. They have also changed my display which did not required a change. It seems they have taken it out as it was original one and the one i got is second hand. I want my original display.

Hello, I got a call from Latha, housejoy. She is talking the side of Deepanshu arora who was on repairing my laptop. Unfortunately, he did not do any thing and sent the laptop everytime with no fix. I had paid the full amount when the laptop was sent during first time itself. The display was replaced with second hand, the 3D was not fixed and infact the 3d glass did not work when he has sent, that was inr 10k. The DVD rom was agreed for blu ray rom which he said he will do it once he get the stock by 3 august which he never did but put normal DVD rom. New housejoy technician (Sanjay Kalra) came and he checked the laptop and confirmed nothing has been done. The display was changed and laptop got heated very soon.

Moreover housejoy is blaming that Deepanshu repaired everything, telling bios was corrupted and had to install OS vista which is now obsolete. He doesnt know how to talk with customer and used bad works even to the ladies.

Housejoy lady said we cannot refund the money as this is not in our policy. Does it mean we only needed money and don't care about the repair. I need full refund of 6000/- that i paid to Deepanshu and 10, 000/- for 3D glasses that is not working once it came from him. This behavior compels me not to take housejoy services in future and ask others not to take it as well
