I had purchased a paid subscription package for rental property on 21 March, 2021 (Order ID: 35944, Premium listing) through Shweta (#[protected]). As per them, the Premium listing would have happened within 48 hours. As it did not happen, I called them up on 23rd and also registered a complaint on [protected]@housing.com. They promised that the lising will happen next day. After several complaints, Mr Jeetendra (#[protected]) called me and assured that the listing is up, which was a lie. Then their customer care called me once and told that the listing will happen on 28th. Till date, the listing is not up. I had emailed 3 times on [protected]@housing.com to which, till date, there is no single reply too. Wonder if housing.com is a fraud company Was this information helpful? |
