I am from Hyderabad. I have been searching for property for rent and approached Housing.com site. I contacted Owner Rajeev singh mentioned on Housing.com mobile app. He told us to pay Rs.2000 /- to disclose the Property.
Unfortunately I trusted housing.com and paid but it looked suspicious so when i started asking for refund they started stalling me.
I paid 2000 and then he told, our visit manager...

I purchased the Moneyback package deal from housing.com. I was assigned an amateur RM, who herself insisted i change her as she will not be available. I specifically asked her to do so, as i have an urgent requirement of finding a home within 2-3 days. Even after sharing the preference and requirements, the RM shared ridiculous options, not even upto the preference i shared, and asked me to talk to the owner directly. Upon raising a refund...

I had taken paid plan on 7th Dec but despite repeatedly calling on call Centre, listing never got re-posted. Call Centre is always on Call Wait and posting never got activated till 9th morning. Need Refund as Housing.com provides inadequate services. My property is already rented through a dealer. Today afternoon an agent called and has activated my incomplete property without even checking my email which listing was supposed to be re-posted....

The RMs go MIA for weeks even when they know the limited timeframe of the prime membership, when I am looking houses in hyderabad they assign someone from delhi as RM who has zero idea about hyderabad locality and safety. This is also not priorly informed to me. Nothing is ever informed and the rm s do not even provide a daily report like today this many flats have been contacted and this many have answered back or whatsoever. The house market might not provide daily n number of flats and that's understandable. But these rm s fail to even update the client about that. I believe after getting the money they forget the existence of the client and continue with this scam with others.

Next rm keeps saying they will update in sometime around 12 in the afternoon and then doesn't get back at all that day. He apparently goes completely silent for a whole week.

This company is scamming people by taking so much money from them in the name of prime membership and then the rm s stay inactive in that limited timeframe so once the membership is over, the money is nonrefundable.

I would like to warn anyone else who is planning to buy the prime membership from this company to STOP. All you will get are contact numbers and the rm s will be the most worthless expert help that you will be possibly looking for. MARK my words.

I fail to visualize how this company is planning to grow in future with this level of inactivity and lack of integrity and responsibility towards the client. I hope nobody else fall into their trap like this

I am from Hyderabad. I have been searching for property for rent and approached Housing.com site. I contacted Housing.com Agent Kotesh (+[protected] mentioned on Housing.com mobile app. He told us to pay Rs.2000 /- to disclose the Property and Owner details posted on Housing.com. He sent QR scan code to pay the amount. I paid Rs. 2000/- on 20 October 2023 at 2.39 PM (UPI ID: [protected]@okaxis) and sent him the paid details screenshot to his number. Post payment, I called Agent Kotesh and told him that I paid the said amount. Agent said "OK" and told me that he will send the Property and Owner details. After that he is not responding..and his Mobile number is Switched Off!!! When contacted Housing.com contact number mentioned on website[protected]. Contact Support person confirmed that Agent Kotesh (to whom we paid amount) is working on behalf of Housing.com. I told that I paid amount to your Agent to share us property details and his mobile number is switched off! Housing.com contact support just told 'Sorry' and they did not provide any solution for the amount I lost! I came here to share my experience so that consumers should not lost their money further by approaching Housing.com. Request You all Please do not Trust Housing.com

AS I TOOK MONEY BACK PLAN FROM HOUSING.COM 12TH OCTOBER and i have assigned 1 RM name is sheethal before taking this premium plan the sales women said properties are available at your specific location attibele
after that my RM said thier is no properties in that specific location and working on that i waited till now and they are saying no i requested for refund if thier is no properties y i should wait so i mailed to [protected]@housing.com...

The owner ritesh kumar asked me to pay Rs 2600 for visiting card and asked me to pay to Ganesh Kumar who has also posted a property named trillium in housing.com
Unfortunately I trusted housing.com and paid but it looked suspicious so when i started asking for refund they started stalling me

On 6th March 2023 there was unauthorised transactions happened on my credit card. The transaction amount was 90433 to Locon Solutions. I immediately informed axis bank customer care about the fraud transactions and raised dispute and block card and told to block those transactions as this was not done by me. Please help me on this.

I was looking for a flat for rent in Baner, Pune. I contacted one of their dedicated professionals (Baldev Kumar Kaswan mob - [protected]) mentioned in housing.com based on pictures of house uploaded. They sent me more pictures of home over what'sapp. When I asked to visit, he told me to pay 2000 amount first for confirmation which will be refundable if didn't like the house. So they give me the bank details named "Nilaman" for transferring...

My husband and I were looking for a 2BHK apartment on rent and we came across a great deal at Housing.com listed for DLF regency Park 1, Gurgaon.
This flat is listed by Suresh Mittal (alleged owner, phone no.[protected] which turned out to be a complete fraud. We wanted to visit the site and so contacted this owner whereby he asked for refundable 2000 rupees for a gate / visit pass. My husband provided his details and then paid rupees 2000 via Gpay to “[protected]@ybl”.
After sometime, Sanjay Sharma (alleged Society incharge, phone no. +[protected] called my husband and informed him that visit pass will be prepared for specific days. Sanjay called for the second time and updated my husband stating that he is unable to locate details in their databases and so asked my husband to make a refundable payment of rupees 6004 for a site visit. At this time, it triggered my husband that something is really fishy here, thus he did not make this payment of 6004.
We asked for the refund of 2000 rupees, they said it will take a week or so for the refund. This is now very clear that we will not get this refund and it’s pretty awful we have been scammed on a day broad light.
This is so ridiculous and the scam happening at such a renowned site housing.com is really an embarrassment.
Housing.com, if you really respect your customers using your site, please help us in getting back the refund.

I was looking to rent a house in Pune, Maharashtra. The owner told me I have to pay Rs 1000 for visiting card. I paid immediately. After a while I was contacted by the Manager, ANAND KUMAR SINGH who said the amount to be paid is 3100 which will be refunded once I visit the property. When I paid the amount he said you have made the wrong transaction and you have to Rs 3000 and Rs 100 separately. I did that too. I asked for their IDs and they sent is almost instantly. The so called owner RAMAVATH SHANKAR said I'm from defense background and to trust them.

The manager further said that the amount I have paid has been blocked in the system so now I have to pay the whole rent amount which was Rs 10000. I did. After that they said to generate a refund card they need Rs 11200. I paid that too.

Then they asked me to pay security deposit amount of Rs 20000 to which I said 'NO'. When I said I don't have any more money. he said borrow from a friend and pay it. When I refused he kept on insisting but I declined continuously.

When I searched google I saw they were already involved in these types of frauds. The conned Rs. 28000 from me. When he called after that I confronted him and he said "you won't be able to do anything to me."

This is an owner listed in housing.com where I responded to his ad via WhatsApp asking about a property of his. He responded and shared some more photos and videos about the property and we got on a call to confirm about the house. He asked for a token amount before visiting the property so that he book it for me. At first, he did not say...

Person name is Deepak Pawar, said as Armyman, who will take your home for rent and before rent he try to give you advanced rent from army office and then he tell you to talk to his account dept. (Gopal Malhodra) for taking payment and ask you to enter army merchant details in your gpay/any online payment transaction app and then ask you to sent 1 rs and then 5 months advanced payment. We refused to give money so we prevent from him but all of you, please beware of this kind of calls and if any person ask you gpay then give only number, don't send money bcoz many useless peoples present in the city who do fraud everyday.I attached his details bcoz he sent all details as proof of Armyman but it's a fake.If you got same details then refused to connect with him. his number is +91-[protected]...I don't know where i have to give this details so police can take action so i have given here.if anyone know about complain and action forum then please give these details.Thanks for reading and try to make our clean India like other countries

Manohar Singh officer frauded my 4000 in the name 9 advance.

Most of the listings on Housing.com is made up of scammers. Recently, one person took Rs 10, 000 from me along with me my ID card for a property in Gurgaon. Now, the guy is not responding at all and housing.com refuses to take any responsibility for such scam saying I should have been careful.
LIKE WTF!!
How about YOU be careful and screen the properties properly before allowing them to post it on your portal. Thousands of people are getting scammed daily on their portal and this company refuses to take any accountability. It is unbelievable how this company is allowed to run business.

receipt is not generated and you need to pay 11000 more for cancellation or refund.

My friend was searching PG in Delhi and the PG owner sent pictures of room and everything using whatsapp and asked money

After several tries and excuses the PG owner was able to extract money from my friend and she got scammed and transferred 1.2 Lakh rupees now they are not receiving phone calls and not replying

We have filled FIR and cyber cell complaint in Delhi waiting fir their response

While searching pg in Delhi I came across one pg. I whatsapp the owner no. I got a video call from the number. There was a naked girl on the call. After that I got a whatsapp message of the video where me was there and the naked girl and after that moment a clip of man with hidden face masturbating by seeing the naked girl. It was an edited video.They wanted to show me doing the same. She blackmailed me for money otherwise she will viral the video.

There was a fake pg accomodation with fake address taking a booking fee to book a room and then after taking it asking for full amount of room on refusing to give full payment the refuse to pay back booking fee saying it is stuck on website.

Fraudsters are using Housing.com site to post pictures of NON EXISTENT PG accommodation in Mumbai and they are duping innocent customers. I have got cheated from one of agent, i got his details from Housing.com only..

Clear explanation:

In your portal i have liked one of property after many calls finally i met the agent. He showed one property 1RK, i was okay and I was promised by that agent if I pay Token advance & Brokerage charge (10000rs) now immediately i ll get room ready tomorrow. But from there onwards he started giving reasons. After 3 days delay he given me room that too without completing pending works ( Main door, washroom door, cupboard locker). He said sir first you shift we will do all these pendancy works but he is not at all bother after words.. And one more big issue also was happened once i entered the room... Electricity gone due bill pending from privious Tenant, than i called the agent and owner also any times but no one responded. That too i have done all the works with Bescom and given them fine rs:300 also and have arranged electricity back. Without electricity have slept there for one night.

After that again i did strong followup with Agent and owner also for pending work but no one bother about me...

Being working profession employee what and all i have to do...they treated me like their worker...

Have tried one week completely and have decided move out this property, than i called the agent i said deduct money for stayed days and asked return the remaining money, but Agent first he said he will give but later on he started fighting with me and he started giving warning and all...one of my friend also trying to help me in this but agent said if anyone come to me than i ll kill them...

This is my request to housing.com guys plz don't entertain these people they are doing many things in Bangalore...and requesting to take action against him...
