Housing.com — Fake property and fraudulent transaction

I was looking flat in magarpatta roystonea pune
The owner ritesh kumar asked me to pay Rs 2600 for visiting card and asked me to pay to Ganesh Kumar who has also posted a property named trillium in housing.com
Unfortunately I trusted housing.com and paid but it looked suspicious so when i started asking for refund they started stalling me
That in 2 mins, 5 mins
We'll pay you tomorrow. This is unacceptable from housing.com you should have vetted the property owners properly.
