Housing.com — Refund issue

I have paid the rent for july month to landlord 20000rs by credit card but the payment process was failed due to incorrect account no. Keyed so i was trying to connect with customer support for the refund process and i have mailed to housing.com regarding this issue but i didn't get any support from any customer service since past 2 days.
