We members of society namely Nayan Gagan CHSL BLDG no.05, located in Ostwal Nagari, Baba Sankul, Nallasopara East.Pin-401209

A: Details of the problem

1.Problem: Grievances against the Secretary/chairman of our Society

2. Details: We our Society Members are facing problems from the Society Secretary/chairman.
1) No Bye laws are followed in the Society 2) No AGM Meetings conducted for last 2 years 3) No Elections 4) No Audit taken place since FY 2015 5) No transparency in society Affairs 6)No Society Office opening on Sunday(Weekday) 7)Maintainaince Bill Charges 8)No disclose of Minute of meetings
Steps taken till now:
1) We Have spoken to the Secretary/chairman but they are not willing to give any clarifications Nor showing Interest on it.
