I purchased specs from Swanini Eyewere, Rajeev Nagar Nashik, on 14/02/2025. They suggested using HOYA Glasses, so I placed the order for Hoya Glasses, and the same was delivered after 10-11 days of specs.

upon utilising 8-10 days for the specs; seeing a replica of the front view and raising the complaint with the optical shop, the owner of the optical shop denied replacing the same which was under warranty period upon following up with the owner he agreed to meet with your representative and agrees to replace the glasses,
It happened around 1 month and still, time didn't respond from the shop owner and your representative.
IS THIS SERVICES YOU PROVIDED???
