Coating complaint

Sir
I purchased specs from Swanini Eyewere, Rajeev Nagar Nashik, on 14/02/2025. They suggested using HOYA Glasses, so I placed the order for Hoya Glasses, and the same was delivered after 10-11 days of specs.

upon utilising 8-10 days for the specs; seeing a replica of the front view and raising the complaint with the optical shop, the owner of the optical shop denied replacing the same which was under warranty period...

Hoya Progressive lens for spectacle lost coating though it’s an expensive Type (R)SCDP160 HVP.

On approaching the Delhi office I was told they can’t do anything about it.

    Dear Hoya Team,

    I recently got new HOYA progressive lenses made through one of my local opticians.

    I ordered Dynamic Premium 1.67 but in my authenticity card it is mentioned DSPRS167 as the lens type.

    What does DSPRS167 mean ? I have a doubt that this code stand for Dynamic Summit and not Premium. Dynamic Summit is one level below Dynamic Premium.

    Please confirm. Because the optician has taken money for me for DYNAMIC PREMIUM 1.67.

      Hi Team,

      I had recently bought Hoya Hilux blue control clear lenses from a store in India. I went to check if the lenses block blue light to one of the old shops from where i regularly buy pair of spectacles, the old lenses did block blue light but this new Hoya lenses failed to do so. The store says the product it authentic but i am unable to see the results as it didn't block any blue light. Can you help me with the authenticity of the product.

        I have purchased progressive glasses and I got customer ID Number. How I can verify that the glasses delivered to me are authentic one. Kindly give me the procedure.

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased the Hoya lenses for my progressive number that cost me around 10000rs. I asked the optician about the authenticity of the Hoya card he provided to me. But since last 15 days he is not able to justify it and I am now in full dilemma...are the lenses provided are of Hoya company or not ...as I am not getting any customer care help or any support number to whom it can verified.

          Otherwise in future it will be difficult to continue to use this lenses from Hoya.

            How I can check the validity of purchased Hoya lenses

            Dear Sir,

            is it a valid card ?
            the quality is very poor and lenses are scratched with single wipe

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              My name is samit m. Parab, id card no 67407583. I've made specs in progressive lenses (Amplitude plus) from one 'rachana optics - mulund. I received it on 24/07/2019.
              At the time of purchasing, dealer didn't tell me about any offer by hoya lens india in month of july. But when i went to another dealers like ' royal or mayekar opticians nearby, they told me that they are giving 20% discount on hoya progressive lenses. It is given by hoya company for purchase in month of july only.
              Is there any such offer? & if there's such 20% discount offer, why this particular dealer didn't give me.

                I purchased new progressive specks in october 2018 and the glass used was of hoya.
                Since last month the coating has changed on the right side. I went to the shop from where i purchased it. First he said it was a scratch and there is no warranty on it and i will require to change it. Then he cleaned it and then realized it was a coating issue. But tried to tell me it was nothing to worry about and continue using it. I feel i have been cheated because whilst buying they said it was the best. Plus the specks has a foggy appearance from day one. People always tell me to clean it. Don't know what to say
                The lens does not come cheap
                Tell me what to do or i will post either on twitter or fb about the quality issue

                  Purchased from deluxe baroda in april or may 2018. Within 7/8 months glass become yellowish. What is the meaning of high priced lens. Please look in the above matter. Photo is attached herewith. U can check short or long. Assessment is necessary. Do not give excuse. Why we have paid 3000. There is no surrounded then why should we purchase.                     Dear Hoya Management and Team I am a regular customer of Bon Ton, 13, Janpath, New Delhi and buy my specs with Hoya Lenses on 8th Jan 2018 and started facing difficulties right from first few days of wearing this and I complained to Bon-Ton but they took it lightly but again complaining they listen to my request and admit the less are faulty and they suggested me to buy a new pair of lenses so they can get old lenses replaced from Hoya. Cost I pay for Lenses only is Rs. 42790-00. I have only this pair of specs with me now. Can you please advise this is the way HOYA is working ?? Shall I need to pay two times for your mistake and suffer from last 6 months ??

                    I immidietly need refund of total amount of lenses and frame I paid for.

                    I need an urgent reply and solution. Looking forward to hear from you today. Thanks

                      Dear hoya team, i have purchased my lens from v a mayekar station road thane. V a mayekar charged me heavily to rs.26 k on the name of hoya lenses. My lenses broke down in 15 months in my pocket. (Without any blow /damage /accident) mr. Singh manager of v a mayekar called mr. Paresh shetye of manager of hoya and mr. Shetye concluded that he will not give any replacement without discussing with me. I am not expecting such irresponsible feedback from hoya. I need strict action to be taken. I hope hoya top management will take necessary action to satisfy loyal customer like me.

                        Hoya Lens offical vendor Vasan Eye Care, Annanagar Chennai provided us with a defective Hoya lens (Lens type Hard HVP, Certificate of authentication ID CARD NO[protected]. They suggested that the lens needs to be replaced by Hoya Lens Ltd. and not by them. Unfortunately we have not heard back from Hoya nor Vasan Eye care about the resolution. We have made repeated calls to Vasan Eye Care and they keep responding that they will contact us again when Hoya contacts them. Unfortunately this has been the response for months together. Need a resolution. Can you suggest next steps?

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am a Branch Manager of Hoya Lens India Pvt Ltd, Delhi branch. Our office situated at 2/15, West Patel Nagar, Near Patel Nagar Metro Station. More surprisingly it is just above your Patel nagar office.
                          I have logged my complaint about Broadband connection to the concern authority on Monday morning. My complaint no is 198.
                          As a Branch Manager I looking after all my sales & collection activities of North Region which is entirely depend upon the Internet connection. All my sales orders, reports, coordination is happening online. Every order, every report is very important to us. We can't let it go.
                          Since last two days none of your technician is visited here. I personally went to your Patel nagar office but the officer who was sitting in a chair was not bothered about my complaint.
                          Being one of the largest telecom company in India we can't expect such kind of response. We can't make our loses just because of your negligence. If you wish to keep your subscriber stay connected with you; please find out some solution.
                          I hope my complaint will be taken care & i will get feed back from your end as early as possible.
