Hp Gas — Black Marketing of Gas Cylinders by the HP GAS Agency

Vignaharta Gas agency Bhandup East does black marketing of the gas. I have done a Gas booking from HP anytime on 24th Jan 2014. The next day 25th Jan 2014 I received a message saying that the Cylinder will be delivered in a short while, I waited till evening but there was no clue of the cylinder. Then I made a call to the Gas Agency, from where I came to know that the gas has already been sent with the delivery guy from their godown. The agency gave the number of the guy who was bringing the gas cylinder to deliver. We tried to contact the guy named Mani n number of times but he did not answered our call. On the same day we received an SMS from HP anytime with the receipt number stating that the gas was delivered, when we did not received the gas only. Then on 27th Jan 2014 we again called at the agency (Vignaharta Gas Agency) to check the status, from where we were told that they had already sent the gas cylinder and should not bother calling them and try to contact the delivery guy Mani. After several attempts finally Mani received my call at 5pm on 27th Jan, and when we asked about the gas he was very rude and said it will take more 2-3 days. When I told him that I have already received a delivery SMS with the receipt number of the gas delivery done on my account, then he said these things happen. When I sternly told him to deliver the gas on the same day then he said he is not having any gas at that point of time and can only try the next day. My question is when the Agency godown had already released the gas cylinder on my name on 25th Jan, 2014, where did the Cylinder go and who received that cylinder? And if I have not yet received the Gas cylinder then how come I received a receipt as well as delivery confirmation. Now its been 3 days since I have received the delivery confirmation and receipt number(Cash Memo number) where is my gas. Its very obvious that the agency is selling the cylinders in Black market and due to which the consumers are facing issues.

This is Parthiban, I am also facing same problem. My distributor TRUPTI ENTERPRISES, Devasandra Main Road, KR Puram, Bangalore - 560036. I booked cylinder on 28.01.14, Booking No 284082, Consumer No 604832. Cash memo 161639 generated on 29.01.2014 and i received message on 30.01.2014 for the Refill delivered on 29.01.14 for the same booking. I immediately called HP and raised a complaint on 30.01.2014. Till date my refill was not delivered. The issue happened earlier 2 times in last 6 months from this dealer. I called personally to dealer reported the issue. But still the same problem continues.

HPGas Booking No 249097 Cash Memo 125703; Dt 24.10.13 and got delivered message on 26.10.13.
HPGas Booking No 235628 Cash Memo 112660; Dt 18.09.13 and got delivered message on 20.09.13.


I request HP to take immediate action against the dealer.
