[Resolved] Hp Gas — malpractice in delivery (our gas given to someone) | |||||
Company info:- Company name:- hp gas Agency:- siddhi shesha shakti enterprises Telephone no:[protected] Customer info:- Lpg id:- 2 [protected] Customer no:- 601825 I had booked hp gas cylinder on 3 november 2018. And got the gas booking no:- 505166 Later on 6 november 2018 i got a message saying that my gas cylinder has been delivered to me! But i did not get any cylinder. What hp has done is, they gave away my cylinder to some local hotel or someone who pays huge money. We later complained to them on 12 november 2018. And they told us that they will deliver it. Its been 18 days, but till date we have never recieved our refill. They always do this sort of malpractice to earn some extra money in black and cause problem to us. I need to give them stern warning and importantly give us our undelivered cylinder. How do they expect us to cook at home. (We have already complained them in person, telephone and website but they have not resolved it) Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Customer representative called me back and said that they will deliver my gas cylinder today after I filed complaint (although late) so they asked me to kindly take down the complaint. I am not receiving any hp gas cylinder in my new house. You are sending me hp gas at my old address. Please look into my matter as fast as possible. A humble request.
