Hp Gas — non delivery of the gas

After refill booking Hp gas, I have received message from BZ-HPGASc stating that Hp gas booking no.519430 subsidized cash memo.143636 dated 27.2.2015 at Rs.615 refill will be delivered shortly .Thereafter I personally approached 2-3 times to chirag gas agency Nallasopara West, so far I have not received the refilled cylinder in the mean time again I received another message from BA-HPGASd on 19.03.15 wide cash memo.143636 so far I have not received the refilled cylinder.
