HP Gas Savitha Gas — delivery boy asks for service charges

Delivery boy asked for rs 50/- aap service charges
I gave rs 22/- . which I did not wanted to give because as far as I know they get salary for this service
Last time when I did not give delivery boy went and changed my address. This is a sort of black mail that if we don't pay they will harm us in such way .
This time also he looked at me as if he will do the same .
