I have been a loyal customer of HP Gas for many years, obtaining my gas supply through Chirag Gas Service, Nallasopara West Branch. I have contacted the agency directly and provided them with all necessary documentation to prove my singular legitimate connection. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the issue persists, and my account remains blocked, causing significant disruption to my daily life.
I would like to emphasize that I:
Have only one HP Gas connection.
Never linked my Aadhaar card to any other gas connection.
Have provided all required documents to Chirag Gas Service to verify my information.
The continued blocking of my account is a major inconvenience and hardship for my family. I rely on your services for cooking fuel, and this unexpected disruption has caused immense stress and difficulty.
Therefore, I urge you to take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and unlink my Aadhaar card from any erroneous connections. Please prioritize a rapid resolution to this issue, ensuring the swift activation of my HP Gas account.
