[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Why i pay RS.4800 for 1 cylinder gas connection.

Dear Sir, I want to be purchase a Single Gas cylinder for home use. As per, i register online for purchasing a new gas connect ( one Cylinder). My Registration No is: [protected]. When i go to HP GAS dealer SINHA GAS AGENCY Add: SSLNT, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. They told me that i have to pay Rs4800.00 for New connection of Single Gas & you are compulsory to purchase gas stove from us. In HP GAS Online Website, they mention that refundable Deposits for single cylinder is Rs.1450, regulator @ Rs. 150.00. so why i pay RS.4800 for 1 cylinder & 1 Regulator. Please do needful in urgent basic.
