Hpcl Gas — Delivery of Gas Cylinder

Name of Gas consumer my self Kanak Gokaldas Sampat Age 62 years. Stay ALONE. Wife expired in 2004 Gas Consumer No. 614073 of Darshan Gas Service, Kalwa (W), Thane 400605. I booked LPG gas cylinder for refilling on 10.1.2014 Booking No. 264764, I have not received Gas till today. Gas service phone is not lifted. I inquire during office hours regularly but no response till today. 4 times it is registered in their log book but not yet supplied. I am Senior Citizen & stay alone. I find very difficult to correspond every day. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY Regards Kanak Gokaldas Sampat

I booked my LPG gas cylinder for refilling on 10.1.2014 Booking No. 264764, I have not received Gas till today. Gas service phone is not lifted.
