Hello, my consumer number is [protected] at Ramnagar shimla-4. I am paying my bills online, but due to delay in update even after generating rescipt and update registered in history of the dept website. THE PAID BILL IS NOT UPDATED YET, so that i can pay the current bill. instead it has been added to current bill with late fee. So how can i make online payment.
