May be my meter is not working properly, I want to check/change my elec. meter, because last two bills is large amounting, but my previous bills was received normal.
It is therefore requested to depute concerned official to check/examine/change my meter. I shall be highly thankful to your kindness.

this is regarding daily power cut issue, which are frequent in numbers . we have
to attend online lectures and work from is now the lively hood, also schools operate online . So Frequent power cut in afternoon are a source of distress. Kindly please talk to local authorities as I did not found any way to register the issue even complain call are never picked up.

I would like to inform that I had received message on my mobile number on 12th July, 2020 for payment of Electricity bill and I made payment of amounting to Rs. 914/- on same date through google pay. As per verifying of payment history of my account it is found that this consumer ID[protected] was not mine and actually this consumer ID is Sh. Tara Chand under ESD Daroh Palampur.
Hence I presume that it is an inadvertent error from department side. kindly verify and rectify the error and adjust this amount in my account consumer ID[protected] ESD Bindravan Palampur District Kangra

I am from village santokhgarh, una. There are too many power cut in the village. On monday there was a power cut from 5am to 11 pm. The light supply cut yesterday also. The power supply cut was on yesterday 5pm to till now. There is no electricity supply... Students exams time are going on, so we are suffer with excessive power cut alot. Please sir take a suitable action, if there is any fault then the department will work upon it and solve it...

I'm from small village sakri which is situated in district kangra. We are facing problems regarding completing our daily chores due to frequent electricity cut outs almost everyday for the past one month. No actions have been taken and we don't know whom to reach regarding our problems. All electricity infrastructure are old and have not been updated from years that even a small gush of wind during a windy day leads to blackout. People here have made peace with their condition as no one listens to them. If this message reaches to someone in the department who can help please do so.

Sir i am a resident of new housing board colony hamirpur. Over a period of time the number of electricity cuts in the area have increased. The problem is nobody is being held accountable for this and there has not been any viable justification for the same. The cuts are becoming more frequent and of larger duration. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. I am sure it's not a policy decision by hpseb but sheer carelessness and neglect by certain individuals.

I am a resident of village samtana of district hamirpur. I have received hard copy of bill on 11 dec 18 but its not updated for online payment. Due date of bill is 22 dec. Kindly update asap so that i can make payment on time. Don't know why you guys are taking so much of time to update it. If you have given online payment option then make your service fast to use it. Your reply would be highly appreciated.

I am resident of village lavighat, po ghatti, district solan. The area is experiencing power cut of nearly 2 hours daily in the morning (Anytime between 7am to10 am) from past one month. Morning hours are very important hours and a cut of 2 hours is not acceptable. Power supply in other parts of solan is normal without any such cuts. It is requested that if power cuts are required, the cut should be evenly distributed. The people of only one area should not suffer.

Village Palthin Post Office Auhar Pin 174024 Vijay Kumar S/O Late sunder ram is submitting complaint that electricity automatically connects/ disconnects at my home. There is rusting like situation for many days. Complaint submitted many times but all in vain. Also naked wires are hanging at approx height of 7 feet in the fields which may danger to villagers/farmers life. Request to rectify please.

This is to bring to your kind notice and information that there is one electrical pole right in front of my house which is very much unsafe, there was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to my family. All wires are open there is no safety to the people who are resident of the area.
I would like to suggest that the wires should be underground or else shift the pole to the corner of the road.

Request you to look and instruct your technical department to take action as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.

This is to inform you i am a resident of vill phlai po damkari teh and distt solan we have not received the proper voltage electricity from last five days we have complain it about to your line man but he provided on one phase elctericity to us which create difficulty in proper lighting it is quite impossible that bulbe to light on. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my query as soon as possible.

In Spite of repeated written as well as verbal complaints to AE/HPSEB Maranda Palampur in c/with above issue, the complaint is although being attended but fluctuation again starting after few hours & electricity get off. No permanent solution sorted out till now. I afraid that there may not be any loss to my electrical/electronic articles installed in my house due to high fluctuation if this problem is not stopped. On[protected] at 2:45 pm we have registered complaint for our electric meter that meter is showing excess reading and after 10 minutes of registering complaint the je of narwana yol cantt h.P circle come to our shop and started misbehaving with us that why you have registered complaint against us .His tone is very rude. We request you to please take some action against them so that in future they know how to talk to common people.

There is no electricity at connection bearing k. No [protected] since 10.04.2018, 12:00 noon. I have already lodged complaint through telephonically on 1912 toll free number in morning against this issue and also contacted concerned subdivision nagrota bagwan (Electricity department) but problem is not resolved yet from the electricity department today. Hello. My consumer number is [protected] at phagli shimla 171004. I am paying my bills online, but due to delay in update even after your website is generating old bill on 1.11.2017 i. E. Bill no.[protected] for the month of september 2017 amounting to rs 339/-only. How can i pay current bill, instead it has been added to current bill along with late fee, which is not my fault.

Over the last few years the frequency and number of electricity cuts have drastically increased in the area( Ghumarwin ). I want to ask, what have the government been doing? And why are no efforts made to modify the faulty system already in place. People are facing inconvenient over the slightest disturbance in weather, is the supply system not even capable of enduring powerless winds and rains? What are the people doing in the electricity board all this time?. The technology should have taken a Major leap forward but the exact opposite has happened and now the power cuts have become a part of daily regime. Please don't plunge himacahal into backwardness and solve the problem as soon as possibe.take some strict steps for god's sake so that people like us don't have to tell you how to do your own job.

It is my humbly request you to shift that poles from my land, so i could make a house there. this matter is being forwaded to you for necessary action please.

I am resident of housing board colony bagla mandi hp. I and my family facing very bad electricity problem in our area.

If there is bad weather than there is no chance of electricity till next day when weather gets clear.

Kindly look into this. We are facing this problem from last 4 years.

It is a routine work of power cut 3 to 5 times a day or sometimes more than this. Sometimes this power cuts remains for whole night where nearby villages having the electricity.

Please look into this matter urgently and take some action for future.

With reference to the above noted subject that i Kamla Sharma W/O Ravi Dutt Sharma R/O VPO-Gaggal Dharmshala Road Tehsil And Distt Kangra H.P. I have receive My Electricity Bill of July- Aug is Rs.10290/-. used unit are 3720in two months. Sir there is problem in Electricity meter i have contact to Concern Dept Rait but they refused me. Sir please solve this problem as soon as possible.You can see our last 10 years electricity bill there is average Rs. 2500 to 3500. So please care about this problem as soon as possible. I am Senior Citizen and cant face these type of problem.
