I also purchased 2 lakh promotional sms from them on 11th November 2015.
The messages are not getting delivered and these people are not responding to my calls.

Its a very Fake service plz dont take service from them...check the screen shot ..all fake reports...after payment no one answers the calls..

Now i am going to book a police complaint

Hello Mr. madhuresh, this is Somil. I'm again facing the same problem of my messages not going to the restaurants or the customers. How should I work like this when this is what is happening twice a week! Last Thursday, Friday, Saturday it was the same story! It was the same yesterday and today too. On top of that there is no help coming from your side either! To add on to the horrible losses I'm having, today in the morning 170 messages of yesterday were sent all together to the restaurants.
So I had to call everyone and inform that it's yesterday's message! So can you tell me why should I subscribe to your services if every time I have to call up the restaurants and tell them the order and then again next morning call them and inform them that the messages sent now are from yesterdays and not to be prepared now! If I have to spend money on calling then I might as well call them directly coz your messages are just another problem for me and I really don't want to pay for that for sure

I would like to discontinue the services and get a refund for the same. Call me asap.

Whts going on i dnt knw wht is wrong with these kind of people . I purchased 10 lakh messages with bill by paying service tax also .i started using the messages the same thing is there as told by you all people messages are not getting delivered . No one is picking the call .never had a word with desai as He is in some function from past 2 days and busy enough to pick customers call.please help me as its getting very much frustating now .The only thing left is to file a legal complaint

you should file a complain with the third part that you used to pay like payumoney or anything else or you can also file a fir . as they are pvt.ltd we can file a fir against them .

Realy its fraud company, I also purchased 40 lakh Transnational sms from them in jan 2016.

This Company is real fraudster.
They generate false reports and claim that the messages are sent.
Their panel sends messages 2 times on same no. from single file and they charge 2 credits for same.
The owner is very rude when you call to complain and says call every customer from huge database and confirm about the messages, is this the way to talk to customers?
Worst SMS Company i have come across.
