I bought the Multi Vendor Mobile App for WooCommerce module 6 months ago from webkul. They gave me an app full of bugs, they fixed some but new bugs always appear, and now after 6 months they are refusing to fix the problems because the support period is over. This is absurd, this company delivers modules that don't work and they still charge to fix their own errors, this company is a fraud.

I made an investment of more than 3 thousand dollars in modules and customizations for Magento with this company. In over a year reporting several errors with the modules through the ticket system they have, the modules continue to have problems, I made a list and sent it proving that nothing works and requesting a refund. They refuse to refund and insist on trying to fix it. It's a fraudulent company that only thinks about money and doesn't care about its customers.

Webkul is a scam company selling faulty modules. After almost 6 months of back and forth emails, my project is still not completed. Before the 3rd month, I had requested for a refund for the modules purchased from webkul. They refused a refund insisted they will fix the problems. Fast forward to almost 6 months later, they blame it on your theme or developer. Very unprofessional. They will ask you private details about your IOS serial numbers, passwords and the rest.
Stay away from this company. I regret buying modules and wish there was a way to sue webkul.

The reviews on there Site is Fake and they will never publish bad reviews on there website.

I’ve been a fan of the WebKul extensions for while now which is why I’ve spent thousands on your extensions after the exceptional service I had received from you guys.

Although every extension was buggy, but your developers have been lovely and fixed the extensions in prompt manner. I have never had an issue with any of the previous developers which resulted in me purchasing more extensions from you guys due to the great service I’ve received.

Unfortunately at this moment in time, I have never received such poor service in life. I have had an issue with the PayPal commerce extension I have recently purchased. I have contacted your support team(ticket number 249479). Instead of fixing the issue, they ended up messing up my website.

The screenshots show how my site looked before and after your developers have touched my website. I have recontacted your team asking them to restore the site back to how it was and I am not getting anywhere with them. I have asked for a refund and to speak to a manager if they do NOT restore my website to how it was. I still feel like I’m not getting anywhere with them. I’m being ignored. No one is trying to fix the issue and no one wants to get me a manager. I have also received a marketing email from you guys regarding the hyperlocal extension which I wanted to buy but I put that on hold because of how I have been treated by your team. Like I said I have never had any issues with the previous developers, but I am not happy. I am disgusted by the service I have received. I have been lied to & my complaint has not been actioned.

I bought 15 opencart marketplace extensions from webkul, but only 5 works correctly.
2 of these extensions: mercado pago and correios have several brazilian market rules these modules have not been implemented. I opened several tickets to solve, but no one answered and we had to hire another company to develop the checkout because we have deadlines and commitment to clients.

We asked for the refund or replacement of the extensions, i was treated like garbage and nobody made any decision, as soon as the messages answered.

Webkul is the worst it company we have ever worked with and technical support is horrible too.

It is with great regret i am writing this complaint. I have come across many issues that are not solved from your side but complaining about irrelevant factors that make me doubt your capability to provide us the required services. Its more than 2 months you have been doing this project and till now you haven't completed it. The first thing to point out is the integration of payment gateway (Paytm), i am pretty surprised you have issues with integrating paytm making us feel that you are doing it for the first time. I see a company with 10+ years of expertise complaining about things that are not relevant since we have integrated paytm on many other projects o[censored]s.

I am very much disappointed with the service you provide and really unhappy that no appropriate actions are taken by your team regarding our concerns. I expect you will rectify all these issues asap and deliver the project immediately.

Please don't write this in your mail "if you have any other query then feel free to ask us, we are just a ticket reply away.", i feel like you really don't give any justice to these lines.

Hi, we purchased a mobile app builder, on that very basic design. There is no e-commerce standard pattern on that. When we talk the to improve the design, they said it is a customization work and quoted some huge amount for that. We paid that amount, they deliver the work in very unfair way. We said to list the categories on the app front end with their products. They again asked for the new customization fee. We are forced again to pay for that.in this time i clearly designed in photoshop and sent to them what is actually i need. Becoz, if we don't do like this. They always give there ugly default ui. They only displayed the 5 products on the category listing. I asked them to why only 5 products.? I need to display n number of products on the category listing. They again said that is under new customization. What is this.?? This is very very unfair company. My customization request is not completed. They also refused to refund. And their sales agent named nithin_banerjee is such a bad man to always plan to loot money from the customers by giving the uncompleted & buggy works. Also he is talking very rude.

We are too frustrated and cheated by this company. I request anyone please don't buy anything from this company. All their products are planned pre bugged in order to loot customer's money as a support fee / customization fee.

If you buy anything from this scam company, be ready to give your money on each support request. They are such a bloody money suckers.

After trying to install it, found error of missing files and unable to proceed.
Contacted support on[protected]:28pm, ticket #70559, agent name: rajesh kumar
The support requested backend login and he fixed it himself, confirming that there were missing files of the purchased module and it is now fixed.

Couple months later, i had to reinstall the module
While installing, i got the exact error of missing files
Contacted support on[protected]:02am, ticket #79638, agent name: suraj kumar
The agent refused to do anything because the support is over, i requested to provide me the missing files or the correct module, i don't wish to get support. After going back and forth, he sent me the updated module.
Tried to install it, and found the exact error, the same files are missing.

I requested to send me the missing files, the module i purchased and the update both are not complete and had some file missing so it can never be installed. He said must pay for new support, so we can help you.

The company is a scam, you purchase a module, they send an incomplete one, if you need the missing files, you must pay for it. Which is totally not acceptable.

I was fresher when i joined the company at that time was unaware of the company's rude and abusing behavior to the employees. Also, they [censored]ed about 100% salary appraisal that i come to know it is not even 20%. Some of the old senior from the company abused and threaten there junior and forced to do overwork limits, sometimes i have to do 12-16 hr/day because i was feared of threatening and the 10th mark sheet that i have submitted as 2-year...

I had worked in webkul and i found in my profession the worst campany. The so called director of this company do not know how to behave as he only listen to some girls and he need buttering . The both HR of the company do not know the behaviour they should follow as a HR . Both of them speak in a very abusive way the employees of this company can threaten any one just due to any stupid reason of going washroom many times or eating lunch or...

Hi there is company and its name is webkul software pvt. ltd. which hires fresher and Experienced people. After hiring they force them to fill-up 1 yrs bond of 50K and deposit their 10th class mark-sheet. If candidate agree for this then after join in their company they torcher them, abusing them and if they are living outsite Noida then they force them to take a room on rent near office.
