HTC — 15INA[protected] kept phone from last 35 days

This complaint is regarding my new phone HTC desire 820. I has submitted my phone on 1 Jan for repair however till today I have not recieved my device.. According to them my phone is just hold for material from last 20 days.. Each time they asked me to wait for 48hrs. After 48 hrs if I again called got same answer to wait for next 48hrs..proces is just going on..agents are rude..no one is able to help just keeping my device with them. I have recordings and email with me..they have emailed me that they will repair my device without however not getting positive response from them. They have crossed their tat time which they had provided to me. Just need your help.
