HTC — 3 times repair in warranty period

I bought htc desire 816 on 22nd july 2014.since then i have sent it for repair 3 times.Firstly, sim1 slot not working, second time power key not working.when i went to receive it to receive phone, same day new problem comes up. Voice not going out( mic not working).its frustrating till date not received when submitted on 31st July 2015 (2nd repair rreceiving date) Ticket number 15INA[protected] Please help me out to give me a new handset or refund my money.
