I bought this handset and used for about one month and it fell into water. As per the insurance papers, the phone is insured against water damage. Now when I submitted my phone to the insurance company i.e. Homeserve they took a month long to decide that the phone cannot be repaired by the HTC service centre. I fail to understand why are these guys providing fake insurance to the customers, when they actually cant do anything about it. They have returned the phone to me and have no answers at all. This insurance company Homeserve networds (http://www.homeservenetwork.com/) should be immediately sealed as they are cheating on the consumers.
