HTC — Bad Service.

I bought htc desire 816 around 6 months ago.It worked well till 5 months but then it started losing network connectivity and had some issues with the network problem. I tested the sim card in another device and it was working normally. Then, i submitted this device to the Htc service centre in Nagpur. It has been 13 days today since then, and i have no information and confirmation about the date on which it will be returned to me. When i call up the service centre and tell them about the ticket no. they just say that we cant tell you how much time will it take, its undergoing repairs right now. If i call up the Toll Free no. there is no one to pick up my call for hours and hours together. I am really angry with this highly unprofessional behavior of the HTC services in Nagpur and the quality of their devices. I dont know when will my device come back. And there is a lot of work pending beacuse of this problem. Because frankly speaking, i'm sorry to compare but if this problem would have happened in an IPhone, they would have replaced it or repaired it immidiately. Not like HTC.
