HTC — Bad service

i have given my phone (i.e HTC DESIRE 616 DUAL SIM) to your service centre in District Centre, Janak puri, new delhi on 6/august/2015 for reparing. Mr. Rakesh, a concerned person in your service centre in janak puri, said that i will get my repaired phone after one week but still i haven't got my phone back. Mr. Rakesh said today that they need one more week to repair that phone.
