HTC — Bad service

Phone was about 1 1/2year old, Iit was in good condition, I just kept my HTC DESIRE 500 phone for charging, suddenly after 2hours phone is not getting switched on and started vibrating continuously also display is not working!!! I went to HTC service center RT nagar, Bengaluru, i paid 250rs for sevice charge and they said they will call me and let me know abot the problem and amount of repair charges with in 3days, after 3days they called and said your phone has problem in board, repair charge will be approximatly 11000rs!!! I bought HTC DESIRE 500 for INR 19000/- now the same brand device price is INR14000/- JUST I WANT TO KNOW THE SAME BRAND NEW MOBILE IS 14000rs!!! HOW COME FOR THE REPAIR OF THE BOARD WILL COST 11000RS ????!!! Regards, Rajshekar ph#[protected]
