HTC care service — repairing pending last 1.5 month

I had submitted my htc 816 g mobile handset on 1-4-2015. For some display issue they are still not done there work last 1.5 Month 1st they took 15 days for cost of quotation. I'm agree to pay for that of after that they are not doing any kind of work. Not answering call and not attending call after 40-50 min . Now they are saying we are not found material. But same material are Abel to done. So I'm trubleing lost of problem and they promise me they will provide mobile in 10 -15 days but it done 1.5 Months
