HTC — CDMA slot is not working since the date when purchased - 26/05/14

When I had purchased HTC handset desire 700 (IMEI no- [protected]) from Facebook store at Ranchi, Jharkhand, the CDMA slot was not working. After complaining twice at service centre at Ranchi the problem was not resolved. After being frustrated from service centre & harassment from the shop that it can only be solved at Service Centre, they will not change handset, I am complaining about the matter.
