Dear Sir, I'm Ganga Singh Bhandari having HTC Desire 526G+ from last 3 Months. The Mobile having a overheating, Hanging & Black Dot Mark on Screen. Below is the Purchase Detail of Hand Set: Shop Name: Spice Hot Spot Add: 1449/109-A, Ground Floor, Gali no 3, 100 FT Road, Durga Puri Chowk, Delhi - 110094 Purchase Date: 04/05/2015 at 20:45:14 Invoice No:[protected] Customer ID:[protected] Name: Ganga Singh Bhandari Costing: Rs.10, 800/- Due to Problem in My Hand Set Like Over Heating, OS Hang & Black Dot Mark on Bottom of the Scree. I Submitted my Cell Phone to you Service Center. Below is the Detail of Service Centre. Name: Service City Add: Off No 201, Second Floore, Sagar Plaza, Distt. Centre, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110093 Contact No:[protected] / [protected] Below is My Complaint Details: Submitted on: 04/09/2015 at 4:38:13 PM Ticket No: 15INA[protected] Job No: DEL[protected] Name: Ganga Singh Model: HTC Desire 526G+ Dual Sim IMEI NO: [protected] Part No: 99HADU002-00 S/N no: hq53syl61038 I have Submitted my Hand Set in your Service Centre on 04/09/2015 & they told us that hand set will be ready with in 10-15 Days. The Staff of this Service Centre is Very Rude & ill mannered. they don't have manners how to talk with your Customers. After 15 Days on 24/09/2015 at around 04:30 PM, I again visit to your Service Center to get information about my hand set & they told that hand set is ready. When I check my hand set, I found that Handset was in a same condition when I submitted the handset in service center. I told him that please inform us that what you have done is last 15 days with my handset. they don't have no answer of my Question & told me that take your handset & again Resubmit your handset after 48 Hours. I Left that handset in your service center & return to my home. I called to HTC customer care no[protected] on 25/09/2015 at around 10:00 AM & atlked with your Executive Ms. Riya. she informed me that the complaint registered by service centre is only for system hanging os & this problem resolved. Again on 26.09.2015, I talked with your executive Mr. Arpit & he informed us that the service centre donot give complete information to the service department for repair that's why mobile phone not repaired. I informed to you executive that you can with service center or any person but I want my cell phone to be in well working condition with a Week. if you are not able to do So. then I will file a case against you as well service centre in consumer court.
