[Resolved]  HTC — Complaint about faulty mobile

I am unhappy with the quality Of my HTC Desire 516 dual sim. Its not giving me the performance plus its back button is not up to the mark as well as it does not work properly from the day i purchased this phone. I did talk to their customer support but they said that they cant do anything in unprofessional way. I was much disappointed that time anyways now after 7 months I am facing much issued with this damm htc phone as *It does not remain charged for more than 30 mins. *Within 30 mins it got discharged and my battery is fine means the issue is in this phone only. *The upper part of my phone got heat up after every couple of mins. *Now both the cameras are not working as well from last 3 days So finally I had submitted my phone to their service center on 27/July/15.
