HTC — Complaint against htc customer care executive "sharan" | |||||
I called up[protected] today morning @ 11:50am to get the status of phone repair. The person named “Sharan” talked very rudely and declined to answer my query. Complaint: 1. I asked him the status of my repair. To this he said I have to go to service center personally and get the status, he cannot provide that. 2. I asked him what all repair activities were performed, to this he said only 2 points and on asking more, he said to go to service center personally and get the information. 3. I asked him to transfer the call to some senior executive because I want to escalate this call and your behavior, he said he will not transfer this call. 4. I asked the mail ID to which I can write a complaint on his behavior, to this also he refused. 5. Finally I asked him his full name because I want to complaint, then he said he cannot reveal his full name. 6. The service center number( Marathalli, Bangalore[protected] mentioned on job card also doesnot exist. I would request to listen to the call recording and take some serious action against such executive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
