HTC — Complaint regarding bad service provided in jhansi htc service centre

Dear Customer service Assistant,
I Sonal Garg owner of HTC 820s wanted to compain you regarding my phone.
I had submitted my phone in HTC Service Center in Jhansi on 20/02/2016. They had told us that they'll send my phone in Gurgaon Service centre, but according to the latest report phone location had been traced in Jhansi.So I request you to kindly look upon the matter and report to me as soon as possible. Here is the attatched docx for my statement.
