HTC — Complaint regarding Htc handset

To htc cutomer service India From Krishnaraj.R Aluparambil House P.O Viyyur Thrissur, Kerala Sir, I bought an htc handset [htc desire 626gplus] on 26/05/15 worth Rs.16500 From the past 4 days the mobile is showing some problems, it was minor when started but now it had worsen. The problem is that the mobile when switched on it only shows htc written in white background, even by chance it had open after some time it goes back to its previous state.I'm pretty much sure that i had taken good care of it. I'm a new htc user and sad to say this is the kind of reception it has given me.I had taken it to your dealer and they said it will take weeks to get your mobile as they have to send it to banglore. and they won't give me a standby saying company does'nt provide. so i have to find another mobile for my use.
