Respected Sir This is Jayaprakash.K from Chennai, I have given my HTC cell to your authorised dealer TVS Electronics Ltd, On 23.9.2014 bill number Q2S[protected], till now no response from this dealer, last time when i called them they said it is an Liquid damage which is not possible from my side and this cell i have bought it in the month of July 31st, 2014, Kindly let me know what should i have to do or i need to make an complaint in some other place Your person in TVS says he will charge some Rs 7500/ for repair and gave us an discount for 30% which is not possible from my side, Kindly let me know as soon as possible.
