HTC — continuous and repeated same problem with my htc desire u handset after repeated services from the htc

sir/madam, i, dr. rohitash johari, is using htc desire u since past 11 months, some 4-5 months back i had a problem with the display of my handset, which when given to your local service center, had been resolved and i got my handset back after around 10 days. after one week onlymy handset started showing another problem in which it restarts itself while operating. i neglected it for some days as your local service center is far off from my place . after sometime this problem gets worse and it does not restart only, it gets stuck on htc logo .i reported about the issue to your customer care support (chennai, [protected]), where i have been told to perform factory reset, but the problem still persists and finally i have been advised to give my handset for repair to your local service center. there i have been advised for software upgradation and they did so and return it back in an hour. the next day only i was having the same problem. i again contacted your customer care support on call and explained everything again, they advised me to again visit the local service center and give a call from there only to your customer care support and that time i had been assurred for 100% satisfaction with the issues i have been facing again and again. i recieved my handset back after nearly 10 days, within 3 weeks only i am again facing the same issue of restarting and this time its display has also gone like the first time. everytime i give my handset for repair at your your service center i get it back after 10 days, plus your service center is far away from my place so my time and money also get wasted for the same issues again and again. for these 10 days i have to arrange another handset for use and had to recover all contacts and data . this all is happenenig regularly since 4-5 months . my handset is now under warranty period than i am facing so much problem, dont know how u will tackle it after its warranty period. your handset is not worth enough the time, money, and data i loose everytime due to problems with the handset, and going and giving the handset for repair to your local service centre for the same issues. last time i had asked your customer care executive to arrange a replacement of the handset if the issue cannot be resolved permanently and the same problem is coming again and again. so kindly look into my matter and provide me an appropriate solution so that i can maintain the faith in htc india with which i purchased my device, or i[censored] cannot do anything regarding my problem than i do not have any other option other than filing a case against htc india in consumer court india and claim for my loss. thanking you, dr. rohitash johari mumbai, maharashtra mob no.
