[Resolved] HTC — Data Cable and Adapter not received | |||
I had purchased htc desire 816g on 23 dec 2014. After some days, the data cable and adapter are not working so i submitted them in the kalkaji service centre on 2nd Feb 2015. Till then, I did not get my accessories. Whenever i go to service center they said to call customer centre and when i call Customer care all they are giving me is assurance. Its been 2 months and i did not get my accessories. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks.. I have get a call regarding my accessories and I received them on Saturday, 28 March 2015. They emailed me from this id: [email protected] and i got a call to from this num: 022 61933500. HTC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
