Hello sir I purchase HTC Desire 616 Dual Sim. My problem is defective earphone jack. Two time repairing my phone but i am not satisfied this service. Sir., I have submitted my phone to our area customer care name TVS Electronic Ltd For two time but they were unable to solve my problem so i have requested them to replace my mobile but they are not giving proper answer to me .So i am force to request you company to replace our repair my phone permanently .
