Dear Sir/Madam,
1. I am Bhumika Bhardwaj and wife of Maj Siddarth Kukreti presently stationed at Anantnag (J & K). On 01 Mar 2015 I purchased an htc brand i.e. 816G mobile set bearing unit S/N LC51LYE00388 and IMEI No. [protected] from Dream and Dial Gallery Shop in Meerut. I might have used the set for 15/20 days, then I realised that the microphone recording of the set was not working. As a result, the caller could not hear the receiver's voice. As my husband is serving in insurgent prone area, I had to send the mobile set to Delhi for repair on 11 Apr and collected a repaired set on 29 Apr 2015.
2. I used the set for three/four days, then I found that the memory SD card and SIM Data connection not working. On 04 May the set has been submitted with htc service care centre for repair. Ticket No. is 15INA[protected] and Job No. is DEL[protected]. The set has not yet been repaired.
3. HTC is a big brand name. If Mob. set visits service centre twice within a month, it means that the set certainly is a defective piece. Secondly, my husband is posted in such an area from where frequent repairs are not possible. Hence it is strongly suggested and requested that the present Mob. set be replaced with the new 816G set which is not a defective piece. Hope HTC would protect the Brand value of the Firm.
