HTC — Delay in service from HTC

I have submitted my device for repair on 25th july, 2014, its still under warranty and still have not got it back yet on 20th august, 2014. I have submitted it to the retailer and he has subsequently sent it to guwahati htc service centre, every time i contact HTC they either say that a part is in transit or its going to take a few more days, as for now on 20th, august 2014' they have said that it will take a few more days, and they will not give me confirmed date.
