[Resolved]  HTC — DELAYING REPARING SERVICES BY SERVICE CENTER.

I have submitted my mobile set(HTC DESIRE 500) on 25-SEPT-2014 at HTC AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER KAMLA NAGAR.They give me expected date to receive set of 27-SEPT-2014 but they are not supposed to deliver till now or in some upcoming days.I have talked to customer care but they didn't give me the satisfactory answer regarding this. so please tell me what should i do to overcome this problems.
