HTC — delivery of my hands free

i gave my handsfree for repair to the htc service centre on 29th of jan 2015. till date i have not received my handsfree yet. i am tired calling to the htc customer care from the last 22days. i am only told to wait for some more time. In todays modern life it is so difficult to survive without a handsfree when one is 8-10 hrs on calling. I am loosing my patience and time as well.
