HTC — desire 816 g dual sim

Sir i have bought desire 816 g on 24 december 2014 but it will be stop working on 28 feb 2014 and i am submitted the handset same day in your service center harkrishan gallery janak puri delhi they said that your handset is dead and will repair it in 7 days but when i was call the After 7 days they said that parts of your handset is not available and you have to w8 for 1 week after 1 week i call them again then he said sorry sir we have still not receive the parts you have to wait for more 1 week. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the customer care guys i request you please provide my repaired -handset or new handset to me or otherwise i will submitted my case into consumer forum.
