HTC Desire 816 — My htc earphone is not work

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

I purchase new HTC desire816g blue in month of November and it's in warranty period. And my earphone were going wrong word after three months.so that I want to change it. I have been done the complain before fifteen days. But I never get solution.
