HTC — Desire 826 excessive heat & charging & new sets are faulty and very poor service at service centres

Dear team,
Pls replace my mobile htc desire 826. New mobile perches 29 / 07 / 2015.
Hung problem, sound not clear, hitting problem & touch problem.
I go to your service center 31 / 06 / 2015 & 03 / 07 / 2015. Not proper service.
30 day already mobile your abhinav technologies ahmedabad.
After new mobile issue your side.
2 times i go to your service center but not properly reply & not properly mobile repair.
I need your concern to look at the fault and rectify the same. I am not getting any response from the customer care and i feel that am being neglected from your service end either to look in to this issue in terms to rectify or to do proper service to the customers. I have attached the pictures for your reference
