HTC desire dual X — mobile is not turning on

I had purchased htc desire dual x in December 2014. before the completion of one year it starts giving problem. when i turn it on only the logo of htc is displayed the it vibrates for 7 times and ultimately switches off. help me in replacing the set or else i had to move to court for the same. why i should move in the very first year for service or so.
