[Resolved] HTC — device to replaced

I have a phone htc desire 601 i had submitted device for the purpose of solving the issue of device not getting charged to TVC ELECTRONIC LTD BANGALORE it is an authorised service centre in bangalore they had my device with them for nearly 22 days and they give me my device stating that my device is repaired but when i got my device back it wasnt charging. My house is 10-11 km away from my place and i have visted the service center nearly 10+ times and contacted customer care mumbai for nearly 6+ times but they havent solved my problem. There no loss yet but "I'M PUTTING MY DEVICE VALUE IN LOSS AMOUNT"

They have not yet responded me i visited service centre TVS ELECTONIC LTD they told me to call up customber care but they have not yet responded me i cant wait any long for getting my device repaired so plz help me in replacing it

Updated by tushh They have not yet responded me plz respond me as fast as possible bcuz i hv submitted my device on 10/10/14 Yet they hv not repaired it so i need a replacement now plz help me to solve this
