HTC — did not responces and they denied about this complain and they havenot any info.

Dear sir mam I am Ghanshyam pandey from delhi I bought htc desire 826 on 10/06/2015 .but mobile is tottaly bad .on display wrriten 16 gb internal memory but all memory is full just empty is 5 gb ram 2 gb but alredy uses is 1 gb .phone always hang and sound quality also not good u cant listen ringtones also.and lots off features not working. my mo no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.please help me find solution and solve the problems. I got a call from a no.they said they are from HTC India .He ask me mobile bill to send on cash.[protected]@india.com i sent it after that they ask me for bank account and delivery address for replace a new mobile.i called htc customer care ask to about this matter but they said they have not any information about it .So wheat's going on i don't know and what i have to do?about this complain HTC india said they didnot get any complain mail and any informations .what i sould do i want solution how i can get? please help me
