HTC — Didn't receive my device after one month of period for repair

My ticket number is 15INA[protected] I produced my device on Feb 16 2015 but still know i didn't received my device or any status of the device all your representatives are saying that the parts are not available for my device that is your repair teams issue not mine...I complaint about this many times and also have the call recordings and chat text with me about the same ...I have contacted ur persons more than 15 times via chat and call... i need my device replace and delivered to me by at least 23 of this month, ... i am waiting for past one month it feel horrible and disgusting that i bought ur device and waiting for it to be delivered
