I bought an hTC Desire 616 and after two months it's 3.5 mm audio jack stopped working and hence I submitted the phone to the hTC service center in Noida Sec 18. on 30th Oct 2014.
I was supposed to get the phone 15 days later. As the receiving date approached I contacted the service center to confirm the arrival of my phone. They told me that due the unavailability of the damaged part, the phone is kept on hold and so they asked me to come back after 2-3 days. Instead of going back to service center after 2-3 days, I visited them after 5 days with full hope of getting my phone. But all I received was disappointment. I was given the same reason and was told that I'll surely get the phone on 24th Oct, that is today. So I called the service center to ask them whether my phone has arrived or not. But no! Still I am getting the same answer and is advised to wait 3 more days. There service center personnel misbehaved with me on phone saying that you've to wait, there's nothing else we can do and banged the phone.
I seek your help to take a strict action against these people.
