HTC — Earphone not recived which was submitted for repair

This is regarding earphone that i have submitted to your service center on 14th Feb 2015.I have called on [protected] numerous times but the issue remains same, i have not recived my ear phone yet.Sometimes they said shiping issue, missing issue etc. I am really afraid and frusted what kind of services that HTC provided. They have raised so many tickets and said to call in next 2 days.Every time they are telling same statment.
